Blindspot (2018)

diasec-mounted inkjet print, acrylic glass, 120 x 180cm

is an image composed of two photos taken from two different towers in Beirut: one looking towards the hill of Achrafieh and the other looking west from it. Parts of the image lie beneath rectangular volumes of acrylic glass, and their ensemble creates an other topography  in section. In order to experience the photograph and its illusion fully, the viewer must be constantly in motion.
